Shipping & Returns

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 4 business days from the date of purchase.
Orders are shipped via India Post, ensuring reliable and widespread delivery.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping timelines vary based on location. On average, deliveries take 5–10 business days within India.
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, logistics issues, etc.) are beyond our control, but we’ll keep you updated.

Return/Exchange Eligibility: Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment if they wish to request a return or exchange.
To raise a concern, email us at info.nivadesigns@gmail.com with:
- Order details
- Images of the damage or concern
Return Process:
- Customers must ship the item back to our company address at their own expense.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will:
  - Ship a replacement (in case of exchange) OR
  - Process a refund (for returns)
Items must be returned unused and in original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
